Job summary

ETW Energy is seeking a Solar Sales Representative to drive in-home and virtual consultations, crafting solar and battery solutions tailored to each home. You will own your pipeline, leveraging referrals, networking, and company-provided leads while maintaining honesty and a customer-first approach.

You’ll operate as a 1099 independent contractor with uncapped earning potential and flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, backed by paid training and real crews behind every sale.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in in-home or direct sales.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical details simply.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate and pursue new business through referrals, networking, and company leads.
• Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to design solar and battery solutions.
• Explain savings, financing options, and incentives clearly.
• Prepare quotes and proposals and guide customers through signing.
