Venture Home in New York is seeking a results-driven Solar Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is not a cold call or door-knock position; you will work with a calendar of qualified homeowner appointments to present solar, storage, and electrical upgrade options, focusing on value and long-term savings.

You will close deals using our proven process, backed by a reliable vehicle and license, a supportive training program, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Solar experience welcomed.

Responsabilités

About the Role

A Solar Sales Consultant is NOT a lead generation role where you will be asked to knock on doors or cold call. We are seeking experienced sales representatives that are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful. A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem \"too good to be true\".
