Job summary

Venture Home Group is seeking Solar Sales Consultants to build relationships with homeowners and close solar deals. You’ll leverage our appointment-setting teams to meet qualified homeowners and present the best product mix to save on utility bills.

We offer base salary plus uncapped commission, with a generous OTE of $100,000–$250,000, plus 401k match, health/dental/vision, paid training, PTO, and referral incentives. A reliable vehicle and license are required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• Outside sales (in-home) preferred.
• Solar experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to present solar solutions and close deals.
• Work with appointment setters to convert qualified leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support through the sales process.

About The Role

We are seeking experienced, driven Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and closing deals. If you are a proven sales professional looking for a high-performance environment with a strong support system, this is the right place for you.
Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.
We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem 'too good to be true'.
A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
