Job summary

Venture Home Solar, LLC is seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants to build relationships with homeowners and close deals for solar, storage, and electrical upgrades. You will meet homeowners scheduled by our team and present compelling financing options to help switch to clean energy.

Base salary plus uncapped commission with an aggressive OTE opportunity marks a high-performance environment. A reliable vehicle and license are required to be considered for the position.

• Sales experience is required.
• Outside/in-home sales is preferred.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced, driven Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and closing deals. If you are a proven sales professional looking for a high-performance environment with a strong support system, this is the right place for you.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true".

A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
