Job summary

Venture Home is expanding its solar sales team in Massachusetts. We’re seeking driven professionals to build relationships with homeowners, educate them on solar options, and close deals with the support of a strong team and in-home sales model.

You’ll work with appointment setters to meet homeowners, learn our product suite, and leverage a compelling ROI story to help families save on utilities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Outside/in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Solar industry experience is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners to educate on solar options and close deals.
• Collaborate with appointment setters to convert qualified meetings into sales.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced, driven Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and closing deals. If you are a proven sales professional looking for a high-performance environment with a strong support system, this is the right place for you.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem 'too good to be true'.

A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
