Sunrun is seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join our Retention team. With industry-leading training, success comes to those who learn quickly and deliver a stellar experience by retaining prospective customers in the sales-pipeline.

This is a performance-based culture with strong compensation and growth opportunities. The role emphasizes outbound outreach to pre-installed customers, ARC case resolution, and education of customers on the Sunrun solar process.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related field experience; retention or sales preferred.
• Call center experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Mansioni

• Resolve ARC cases for the sales team.
• Handle inbound calls and drive outbound outreach to pre-installed customers.
• Provide excellent customer experience by adhering to call quality standards.
• Overcome objections from solar prospects.
• Educate customers about Sunrun's solar process.
• Maintain and advance a pipeline of ARC cases with multi-tasking.
• Engage with peers in team meetings and on G-chat.
