Job summary

Venture Home in New Hampshire is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to be located inside Lowe’s locations. You will educate homeowners about solar energy and schedule complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

This customer-facing role requires friendly communication, a professional appearance, and a commitment to meeting appointment and sales goals while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Represent Venture Home professionally inside assigned Lowe's retail locations.
• Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultant.
• Accurately document customer information and appointments.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on products, promotions, and industry knowledge.
• Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
