Job summary

Venture Home Solar, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to educate homeowners on solar energy inside designated Lowe's locations in the Portland area. You will qualify leads, schedule in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants, and help homeowners understand energy savings.

The role offers on-target earnings of $55,000–$85,000 with competitive hourly pay and uncapped commissions. Full-time roles include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Venture Home professionally inside assigned Lowe's retail locations.
• Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant.
• Accurately document customer information and appointments.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on products, promotions, and industry knowledge.
• Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
