Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Greenville, NC is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality control initiatives for solar products. You will organize investigations, drive root cause analyses, and oversee the implementation of corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to quality objectives.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree and at least five years' QC management experience in the solar industry, plus deep knowledge of QC tools and ISO QMS.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in physics, chemistry, electronics, or materials.
• 5+ years QC management experience in solar industry; 3+ in similar role.
• Familiar with QC methods and ISO QMS.
• Experience leading QA documentation and inspection standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop the department's work plan and objectives and implement the plans.
• Develop product inspection procedures per product technology standards.
• Organize IPQC, FQC and OQC for strict quality control.
• Review defects and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in handling customer quality complaints and reduce risk.
• Monitor process technology documents and lead continuous improvement analysis.
• Complete tasks as assigned.
