Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking an IPQC Inspector in Greenville, NC to perform in-process inspections, monitor product quality, and assist in resolving quality issues throughout production. The role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will rotate across production stations, document inspection results, and support corrective actions. This full-time position emphasizes accurate reporting and adherence to specifications in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above.
• Experience in manufacturing quality inspection.
• Experience in solar module manufacturing is an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, inspection standards, and quality procedures.
• Basic computer skills for recording inspection data and completing quality documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify product defects and abnormalities.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection tasks during the module manufacturing process as assigned by the supervisor.
• Verify, report, track, and assist in resolving production process abnormalities and quality issues encountered during manufacturing.
• Conduct material and in-process inspections in accordance with inspection specifications, quality standards, work instructions, and approved samples.
• Promptly report potential issues related to inspection processes or methods, elevate recurring or batch-related quality issues, and follow up to ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inspection records, report quality issues identified during production, and track corrective actions through closure.
• Perform routine inspections and checks of inspection tools and equipment, and carry out reliability testing as required.
• Complete other duties and assignments as directed by management.
