GRID Alternatives is seeking an Operations Specialist to coordinate internal process work for residential and commercial solar projects in San Diego, focusing on scheduling, budgeting, and contract management. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely submittals and proper record-keeping in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of solar coordination and operations experience, including solar, electrical, roofing, ESS.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical construction, codes and safety issues.
• Strong understanding of solar operations workflow and installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate tracking and successful completion of solar, storage, carport, ground mount projects from site visits to PTO.
• Ensure clear communication with internal teams, customers, and labor compliance representatives.
• Prepare project proposals, contracts, timeframes, schedules and budgets.
