Qualifications

• 1–3 years in construction related accounting or billing, Solar PV is a plus.
• Proficient with Sage 300 CRE and Sage CRM workflows.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Experience with matrixed project teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; reliable attendance.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Create new jobs for Retro Solar projects in Sage 300 CRE.
• Enter and update project budgets; add cost codes as needed.
• Process invoices and change orders; file internal invoices.
• Cancel jobs in Sage 300 CRE.
• Run weekly and monthly reports for management.
