Job summary

DEPCOM Power is seeking a Scheduler to join the Scottsdale, AZ office. The role will generate and maintain schedules for a portfolio of Solar projects, collaborating with construction and engineering teams to ensure on-time execution.

You will utilize scheduling software to track projects, personnel, equipment, and demand, while working with the execution team to optimize plans and minimize risk. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling concepts and best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business development and execution teams on coordination and scheduling of multiple Utility Scale PV Solar, Battery Storage, and Repowering projects.
• Utilize scheduling software to track future projects, personnel, equipment, and overall company demand.
• Work with project execution team to optimize the project execution plan to minimize risk.
• Collaborate with the business development team and external customers to provide schedules that meet goals and act as an internal SME in schedule-related contract negotiations.
• Perform contractor schedule and recovery plan reviews.
