Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls Analyst to join our Project Controls and Scheduling team. This role supports the financial and operational success of utility-scale solar and energy projects by maintaining forecasts, tracking productivity, and ensuring cash flow.

We prefer Scottsdale, AZ but remote work is possible. Salary range is $110,000–$140,000 annually with potential variable pay.

Qualifications

• Field construction experience is required.
• Experience in project controls, scheduling, or financial analysis in large-scale construction/energy.
• Proficient in Excel or Smartsheet.
• Experience forecasting job costs.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project risk and opportunity logs to evaluate financial exposure.
• Ensure positive project cash flow through monthly billings.
• Forecast project costs and performance accurately and timely.
• Monitor financial health of projects for management.
• Assist with change orders assessment.
• Produce schedule of values and assist with job set ups.
• Maintain data quality to support future estimates.
• Assist in improving field productivity tracking processes.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
