Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, operations, construction, solar, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, or external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple residential solar projects from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones are achieved on time.
• Track project schedules, identify delays, and collaborate with internal teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
