Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, construction, solar, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors or external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/PM platforms; able to work remotely with accountability.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple residential solar projects from initiation to completion with key milestones.
• Track schedules, identify delays, and collaborate with teams to maintain progress.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, providing timely updates and a seamless experience.
• Partner with Engineering, Field Service, Customer Service, Operations, subcontractors and partners to ensure execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, permits, records, and internal systems accurately.
• Coordinate permit submissions, HOA approvals, inspections, and other requirements to minimize delays.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and elevate issues to keep projects on time.
• Prepare status reports and maintain visibility into milestones and performance.
