LA Solar Group is seeking a motivated Solar Project Manager Representative to lead solar and battery storage projects from contract signing through installation and final inspection.

You will serve as the primary customer liaison, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time performance, quality, and satisfaction across all project phases. This role leans on strong communication and organizational skills to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience in solar, construction project management, or customer service roles.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with permitting, utility interconnection, and inspection coordination.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and project-tracking tools.
• Experience with CRM systems a plus—we use our own in-house platform to manage projects and communicate with customers in real-time.
• Ability to interpret solar plans, proposals, and technical documents is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Proactively address customer concerns or issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups including monitoring setup, final documentation, and warranty/service support.
• Assist with continuous process improvement to enhance customer experience and streamline workflows.
• Stay informed on current solar technologies, battery systems, and incentive programs to assist and educate customers.
• Manage solar and battery storage projects from contract signing through final inspection using our in-house CRM tool.
• Communicate with customers directly through the CRM platform—keeping them updated on project status, answering questions, and sharing key documents.
• Ensure all project milestones, notes, and files are accurately documented in the CRM for team collaboration and transparency.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, including knowledge of SGIP and Rebates. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, while managing resources, timelines.
