Job summary

Blattner Energy is seeking a Foreman to supervise construction crews on renewable energy projects. You will demonstrate mastery and safety of equipment, conduct JHAs, and ensure pre-operational inspections are completed, while driving productive cycle times for labor, equipment, and materials.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory or crew experience, knowledge of cranes and load charts, and a willingness to travel 100% with rotations. Full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of experience supervising or working on a construction crew.
• Working knowledge of cranes, hand signals and load charts.
• Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical and Drug Test.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high morale while supervising construction crews, demonstrate mastery and safety of equipment and materials, and ensure all necessary inspections are completed.
• Lead and perform JHA’s during Foreman’s Daily Huddle meetings.
• Ensure Equipment Walk-around, DOT Vehicle, and pre-operational inspections are routinely and fully completed.
• Produce highly productive cycle times for labor, equipment, and materials, and identify and evaluate job cost reduction strategies.
• Collaborate with the Trade Superintendent when issuing conduct warnings to ensure consistency with the employee handbook, the jobsite, and the company.
