Job summary

Blattner Energy, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to supervise construction crews on solar projects with 100% travel rotations. You will lead JHAs, conduct inspections, and drive safe, efficient performance while maintaining high morale.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience supervising or working on a construction crew.
• Working knowledge of cranes, hand signals and load charts.
• Able to pass MVR Check, Background Check, Physical and Drug Test.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain morale while supervising construction crews and ensure safety of equipment and materials.
• Lead and perform JHAs during Foreman’s Daily Huddle meetings.
• Ensure DOT and pre-operational inspections are completed routinely.
• Produce productive cycle times and identify job cost reduction strategies.
• Collaborate with the Trade Superintendent when issuing warnings to maintain consistency with the employee handbook and site policies.
