Job summary

Summit Ridge Energy is seeking a Project Engineer to support Project Manager(s) in the execution and commissioning of solar PV and energy storage projects. The role leads technical challenge resolution across design, engineering, procurement, construction, quality control, energy modeling, and performance testing.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM field required.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites.
• OSHA 10-hour training or ability to complete.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in execution and commissioning of projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across development, design, construction, safety, procurement, interconnection, and asset management.
• Communicate with clients and contractors to support successful project execution.
• Lead energy modeling and performance testing activities.
• Prepare written and verbal reports on project progress and activities.
• Review project contracts and support compliance.
