Pivot Energy is seeking a Project Development Associate to support solar project development activities, including site assessments, permitting preparation, and coordination with landowners and third-party contractors. You will help manage documentation, tracking, and outreach for multiple projects.

The role emphasizes prioritization, effective communication, and organization, with opportunities to contribute to interconnection studies and land use processes while supporting senior staff.

• Support Developers and Directors of Project Development with a high degree of accuracy and organization.
• Evaluate site viability through site visits, diligence reviews and permitting analyses.
• Meet with landowners and assist with title curative tasks.
• Prepare submittal documents for permitting authorities.
• Organize projects, manage files, budgets and records using Pivot’s processes.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and process invoices under work authorizations.
• Assist on other project development tasks as needed.
