Job summary

Corning's Solar manufacturing division seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance team in keeping equipment and facilities running safely and efficiently. You will assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing systems, and help manage spare parts and maintenance records.

This role requires a high school diploma, basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and the ability to work a 12-hour day/night rotation on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional vocational training in maintenance is a plus.
• Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or related fields preferred.
• Able to work in various weather conditions and lift/move equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Follow maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
