Qualifications

• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality management and improvement activities throughout the solar product development phases.
• Set quality standards and objectives at early stages of product development.
• Review product designs and establish testing plans.
• Analyze quality-related issues and propose effective solutions.
• Participate in Gate Meetings at each development phase and provide constructive feedback.
• Establish and implement quality assurance processes for final production.
• Analyze reliability and quality-related data and prepare detailed reports.
• Operate and manage solar simulators and related measurement systems to ensure measurement consistency.
• Analyze calibration and measurement data to improve measurement accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with internal and external laboratories to maintain measurement consistency and quality standards.
