You will design, assemble, inspect, and maintain solar module manufacturing equipment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and quality standards. The role emphasizes diagnostic testing, preventive maintenance, and equipment optimization within a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of equipment engineering experience.
• SolidWorks, Inventor, Autodesk experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Run diagnostics and repair factory automation equipment.
• Commission control systems and calibrate instruments.
• Perform preventative maintenance and manage CMMS data.
• Create solid models and drawings using SolidWorks/Inventor/AutoCAD guidelines.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, motor, and drive systems.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and propose design improvements.
• Identify critical components and improve equipment reliability.
• Drive cost reduction and process improvements in operations.
• Maintain safety and adhere to plant policies.
• Prepare regular progress reports for equipment projects.
