ION Solar is seeking a motivated Procurement Buyer/Planner to lead supplier selection, negotiation, and PO management for solar equipment and components. You will manage materials, master data, and supplier relationships to support project needs.

The role requires a degree in a related field, strong procurement knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems and CRM tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing principles.
• Experience with procurement/ERP systems and CRM platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement processes including supplier selection, PO management, and contract handling.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and master data.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and value engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
