Job summary

Nextpower seeks a Global Supply Planner to lead supplier allocation, ensure supply continuity, and drive supplier performance for large solar project execution. You will align demand forecasts, sourcing strategies, and delivery requirements while identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.

You will collaborate with Sourcing, Engineering, Regional Delivery, Manufacturing, and Logistics to meet commitments, optimize cost and service, and protect revenue in a fast-paced renewable energy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field with 5+ years in supply planning.
Strong forecasting, MRP logic, capacity planning, and supplier allocation.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle or similar) and planning tools (Anaplan).

Responsibilities

Lead supplier allocation planning based on demand forecasts, supplier capacity, pricing agreements, and contractual commitments.
Secure supply commitments aligned with forecasted demand and sourcing strategies.
Balance supply availability with project priorities to protect revenue and customer commitments.
Monitor material readiness to ensure alignment with production and project schedules.
