Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS in Dalton, GA seeks a Process Team Leader to guide Process Engineering and Technician teams in a 24/7 solar module manufacturing environment. You will drive line optimization, ensure Cell-to-Module quality, and lead continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 10+ years of manufacturing experience with solar/semiconductor processes, and 2–3 years in a leadership position. Bilingual Korean/English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing with solar/semiconductor/display processes.
• 2–3 years in a Team Leader/Manager role.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Engineering and Technicians across all shifts.
• Establish handover protocols and ensure 24/7 line coverage.
• Oversee QA standards, process recipes, and CTM targets.
• Drive continuous improvement projects (Six Sigma, Lean) and cost reductions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop engineering docs.
