Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechatronics preferred) or related field.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • SolidWorks experience including explorer, sheet metal, toolbox, weldments.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office; project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineers and junior engineers with mentorship.
  • Run diagnostics and repair malfunctioning equipment across plant automation.
  • Commission control systems and troubleshoot PLC/HMI and sensors.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and manage CMMS data.
  • Create solid models and drawings using SolidWorks CAD guidelines.
  • Drive operational improvements and cost reduction through control schemes.
  • Complete work orders and collaborate with team members to repair equipment.
  • Support development, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of solar module equipment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
