Job summary

ACT Power Services is seeking a full-time Plant Manager to oversee onsite operations of a utility-scale solar PV plant in Foley, Alabama. The role includes conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring safety regulations are met. Candidates should have at least 3 years of PV maintenance experience, be knowledgeable of NEC standards, and possess a valid driver's license. Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA, DAS, and UPS systems.
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.
• Working knowledge of OSHA 1910 and NFPA 70E.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance for solar facilities.
• Provide training to technicians on troubleshooting.
• Identify and eliminate safety hazards.
