Job summary

Strata Clean Energy is seeking a Plant Maintenance Regional Manager to lead a regional electrical maintenance team at utility-scale PV plants. You will supervise technicians, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure safety and compliance across the region.

The role requires deep electrical knowledge, PV system expertise, and strong leadership to manage subcontractors, parts, and field operations while maintaining documentation and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience working directly on energized industrial AC and DC systems, with PV power experience preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience supervising electrical work with safety and process adherence.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory and PV power fundamentals.
• Able to learn testing equipment and procedures used in PV maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day regional electrical maintenance activities and lead a team of Technicians and subcontractors.
• Lead safety briefings and enforce OSHA, NFPA, and local codes.
• Maintain maintenance schedules, review timesheets, and manage warranty and O&M obligations.
• Troubleshoot and repair DC faults, SCADA systems, and electrical components at PV plants.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans based on warranty and electrical best practices.
