Job summary

Renu Energy Solutions is seeking a Permit & Inspections Coordinator to manage the permitting and inspection process for solar projects. You will submit permits, coordinate inspections with AHJs and customers, and track required documentation to keep projects on schedule.

You will work closely with Operations, Field Management, Electrical, and Design teams to ensure timely permits, accurate plan sets, and smooth communication of delays. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Excellent attitude and strong work ethic.
• Eye for detail.
• 0-3 years of experience preferred.
• Training will be provided.
• Experience in customer service.
• Proficiency with computer productivity tools.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit permits through AHJ processes.
• Coordinate inspections with AHJs and customers.
• Track documentation and communicate delays.
• Ensure permits obtained prior to installation date.
• Maintain plan sets and corrections with design/electrical teams as needed.
• Manage and post permit/inspection documentation across platforms used by Operations.
• Assist in overflow work and provide administrative support to the service process.
