Renu Solar is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Solar Installer to manage and oversee the on-site installation of residential and commercial solar systems.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll supervise the install crew, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and play a critical role in delivering exceptional solar energy solutions to our customers.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct pre-installation site inspections to verify layout and structural conditions
• Interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and system specifications
• Lead the on-site installation process and supervise team productivity
• Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and clientsMonitor quality control and enforce OSHA safety compliance
• Maintain inventory and ensure availability of all tools and materials
• Communicate installation progress and resolve job site issues
• Guide and train junior installers on best practices and safety standards
• Perform final inspections, system testing, and customer walk-throughs
• Document job progress, inspections, and as-built configurations
• Stay current with new products, monitoring platforms, and industry advancements

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of hands-on solar PV installation experience (lead or supervisory role preferred)
• Strong understanding of racking systems, inverters, wiring, and roofing structures
• Ability to lead crews, manage projects, and solve problems on the fly
• Proficiency with reading construction plans and layout drawings
• Familiarity with SolarEdge, Enphase, or other monitoring platforms
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and commitment to jobsite safety
• Physical ability to work on rooftops, ladders, and in various weather conditions

Bonus Points If You Have:

• NABCEP certification
• Experience working with AHJ permitting & inspection processes
