Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with program implementation and growth, ideally in demand response or storage programs.
• Total 12+ years of work experience with 5+ years supervising and leading multi-generational teams.
• Familiarity with the North American solar market, especially Illinois or income-qualified offerings.
• Experience leading contract negotiations and renewals with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of a large solar program market outreach team, ensuring goals are met, on time and on budget, with high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with information systems to develop and maintain software supporting programs.
• Monitor performance metrics, budgets and timelines; proactively address risks.
• Stay current on energy codes, incentives, and emerging technologies to inform decisions.
• Review client deliverables, proposals and reports for compliance and quality.
• Demonstrate strong project and program management capabilities.
