Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, energy, policy, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with program implementation and growth, ideally in demand response and/or storage program administration.
• A minimum of 12 years of work experience including at least 5 years of supervision and leadership of multigenerational teams.
• Familiarity with the North American solar market and Illinois-focused offerings.
• Experience leading contract negotiations and renewals with clients.
• Strong client management and project management skills.
• Excellent budgeting, cost management, and profitability awareness.
• Willingness to travel quarterly to Chicago.

• Oversee delivery of a large solar program market outreach team, ensuring on-time deliverables, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with IS team to develop and maintain custom software for program implementation.
• Monitor performance metrics, budgets, timelines, and address risks or bottlenecks proactively.
• Stay current on energy codes, incentives, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
• Review client deliverables and proposals to ensure compliance and high standards.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, including recruitment and workload distribution.

• Provide thought leadership and strategy alignment with organizational goals.
• Support business development and proposal strategy for DERs offerings.
