Job summary

ACT Power Services seeks Portfolio Engineers to oversee performance analysis of solar and storage facilities, interfacing with clients and internal teams. The role combines technical troubleshooting with maintenance planning and client presentations.

The position focuses on optimizing operations, reporting results, and supporting ongoing projects. A strong background in engineering and power systems is required, with site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring/troubleshooting/operating in power generation facilities or industrial plants.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and data reporting.
• Willingness to perform site visits for training and technical support.
• Ability to obtain/maintain access to regulated facilities.

Responsibilities

• Performance analysis of solar and storage projects through remote DAS/SCADA.
• Serve as central contact for plant managers, operators, utilities and clients.
• Site performance reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead client calls and interface for technical issues.
• Root cause analysis and performance improvement recommendations for underperforming systems.
• Develop procedures and tools for efficient operation of a diverse fleet.
• Develop tools and processes to optimize organizational performance.
