Job summary

Solar Landscape, LLC is seeking O&M Technicians at multiple levels to join our Operations & Management team. You will help maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize commercial solar energy systems in a safety-focused environment.

Tier 1–4 technicians will work in a collaborative setting, with senior members leading complex diagnostics and mentorship. Flexible remote/hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical certification a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and maintenance on solar panels, inverters, and related systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance issues to maximize uptime.
• Monitor system performance data and assist with optimization and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and safe work practices.
