Clean Energy Services is seeking a Solar O&M Technician I to support safe operation, inspection, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of commercial and utility-scale solar PV systems. This entry-level role reports to the Lead Solar O&M Technician and requires adherence to safety standards and company procedures.

Location is Spring Run, PA with travel to other sites as part of regular duties. A strong commitment to safety, readiness to learn, and ability to work outdoors are essential for this

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years in solar, electrical, construction, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical safety and hand/power tool use.

Responsabilidades

• Support routine preventive maintenance inspections, troubleshooting, and replacements of solar equipment such as trackers, PV panels, disconnects, inverters, transformers, and DAS/SCADA components.
• Assist with site inspections including security, fencing, vegetation, and safety items.
• Assist with warranty items with EPC/manufacturer.
• Assist with drone flights and documentation for safety and daily reports.
• Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls, including nights and weekends as needed.
