Qualifications

• Experience in piles, racking or modular installations preferred.
• Mechanical experience in solar site construction is preferred.
• Leadership experience in mechanical projects is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience operating pile driving equipment such as a PD-10 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install mechanical and electrical components of a solar energy system
• Learn to safely work around the electrical wiring of solar array/systems (AC and DC)
• Run conduit and cables from solar panels to combiner boxes
• Assist with the layout and construct solar modules/arrays and mounting hardware
• Mount mechanical and structural racking, modules, and electrical equipment
• Provide general labor for various construction, industrial and mechanical projects
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine job requirements as required
