Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with basic construction/industrial mechanical experience preferred.
• Familiarity with using basic hand tools and reading blueprints/readings preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and work at heights as required.

Responsibilities

• Labor for wind, facilities construction, industrial, and mechanical projects.
• Learn to operate basic machinery such as a man‑lift, scissor lift, fork‑lift, etc.
• Assist in the installation of wind turbines, including blades, nacelles, and towers.
• Perform routine turbine maintenance: lubrication, filter changes, wear checks.
• Learn to read blueprints and specifications to determine job requirements.
