Job summary

Venture Home is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to engage homeowners at retail locations, educate them about residential solar energy, and schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants.

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role with hourly pay plus commissions. The position requires weekend work and offers benefits after you work 30 hours per week. You’ll be part of a growing team helping homeowners save money with solar energy.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Weekend availability as scheduled.
• Previous retail/hospitality/customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.

• Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations.
