Venture Home is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to engage homeowners at retail locations, educate them about the benefits of residential solar energy, and schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants.

This customer-facing role is designed for energetic individuals who enjoy conversations and generating opportunities through meaningful interactions. Successful candidates help homeowners save money through solar and drive appointment-quality growth.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Weekend availability as scheduled.
• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
