Job summary

QE Solar is seeking a Solar Electrician (Journeyman) to provide hands-on electrical expertise across PV plant sites in California. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain solar equipment including PV arrays, inverters, BESS, and related electrical systems, while coordinating with contractors and site teams.

Ideal candidates hold a CA Journeyman license with at least 1 year of electrical experience, and possess NABCEP PV Installer or equivalent certifications, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and CPR/First

Qualifications

• Valid CA Journeyman electrical license required.
• Minimum 1+ year electrical experience with license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair solar sites and BESS equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment replacements.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams for field operations.
• Prepare service tickets and reports after site visits and repairs.
• Ensure safety procedures and OSHA compliance on all tasks.
