Job summary

Solar Topps LLC in Phoenix, AZ is hiring for Solar Installer and Team Lead positions on full-time schedules (Monday–Friday). Pay ranges from $18 to $27 per hour, based on experience. Roles involve residential and commercial solar installations, leading crews, and ensuring quality and safety on job sites.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of construction or field experience; solar installation experience is preferred. Willingness to travel locally and to work on rooftops is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction or field experience.
• Solar installation experience preferred.
• Roofing, framing, carpentry, or electrical experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops.
• Install racking, mounting systems, flashing, and related equipment.
• Read and follow plans, measurements, and job instructions.
• Safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Load and unload solar panels, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
• Work closely with other members of the installation crew.
• Team Leads: Direct installation crews, coordinate daily jobsite activities, ensure work follows plans, and maintain quality and safety standards.
