Your role will involve assembling solar racking systems, installing wiring, maintaining organized job sites, and ensuring safety standards. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and physically capable of lifting heavy equipment.

The pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, roofing, carpentry, or electrical work.
• Comfortable working on rooftops and climbing ladders.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble solar racking systems and arrays.
• Install grounding systems, DC wiring, and module connections.
• Read and interpret plans and diagrams.
