Job summary

Solar Topps LLC is seeking a Solar Installer – Roof Lead for residential and commercial projects in the Phoenix area. This role requires at least two years of solar installation leadership experience and a commitment to year‑round work with opportunities for advancement.

The Roof Lead will supervise the roof team, install panels per blueprints, and ensure safety and quality on every site. English fluency is required; bilingual candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least two years of solar installation lead experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately.
• Safely operate power tools and installation equipment.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working on roofs.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred; fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Confirm that all materials needed for each project are loaded onto the truck.
• Lead the roof team in installing solar panels according to blueprints and company standards.
• Complete required paperwork and take project photos.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized truck and jobsite.
• Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and correctly.
