No prior solar experience required; training is provided. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on rooftops, and follow Foreman directions to ensure on-time, high-quality installs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous solar or construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Safety-first attitude and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work on rooftops in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a safety-first job site and wear PPE.
• Assist Foreman in laying out materials and organizing install workflow.
• Weather-seal mounting, connections, and structures to prevent water intrusion.
• Complete installs on time with quality to prevent post-installation issues.
• Attend training on new processes, products and safety practices.
