Job description

Job Title: Solar Installer

The Solar Installer will focus on maximizing construction efforts and resource efficiency related to solar project installations. They will travel with the crew and receive mentorship from leadership to ensure safety and standardized installation quality. The role involves understanding market requirements and supporting team members as a subject matter expert.

Travel Expectation: Up to 70% of travel in and out of state.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in the solar industry (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of residential solar products (inverters, modules, etc.)
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred or ability to obtain
  • Valid US driver’s license, active for at least 4 years
  • Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years)
  • Successful background check
