Job summary

Solar Energy Solutions is seeking reliable Solar Installers to join our outdoor, hands-on installation team in Kentucky. You will install and maintain solar energy systems for residential and light commercial clients, with opportunities to travel to various sites and occasionally stay overnight.

A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and teamwork are essential. Ideal candidates have construction experience and a commitment to safety.

Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is actively seeking reliable and skilled Solar Installers to become part of our growing team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and light commercial clients. SES is committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable energy solutions, and your role will be essential in helping us achieve this mission.

This position is ideal for someone with a background in construction who enjoys hands‑on work and working outdoors. Candidates must be comfortable working in all weather conditions, traveling to various job sites, and occasionally staying overnight away from home. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, the ability to work as part of a team, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Previous construction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
