Ideal candidates have solar energy or construction exposure, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to work at heights in various weather conditions. Training is provided and a path to growth is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar panel installation preferred; training provided.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring principles and codes.
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels and components on residential rooftops.
• Work with team to ensure smooth installations.
• Perform electrical wiring and connections for residential systems.
• Conduct site assessments to determine panel placement.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs; ensure safety compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service during installation and post-installation support.
