Qualifications

• Experience in solar installation or related trades.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 65 lbs and work on rooftops/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain solar panel systems.
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical or mechanical issues.
• Read and interpret schematics/blueprints.
• Site assessments and rooftop/ground mounting preparation; communicate with customers.
